Support action of the Ladies' Circle from Vevey.
A donation of 4000 francs for the Foundation "Pass the baton"

On Monday in Blonay the President of the Ladies’ Circle from Vevey, Martine Gross, gave a check of 4000 francs to Pascale Lilla, the Founder of the Foundation “Pass the Baton” from Montreux (respectively the 3rd and the 4th from the right to the left, and around them the members of the two associations). It concerns the sum, which was gathered during a family journey organised last 18th May in Blonay.
The Ladies’ Circle, an international association, was founded in 1959 in Great Britain and today assembles 15000 young ladies in the world. Faithful to its motto “Friendship, service and tolerance”, the Ladies’ Circle from Vevey organises every two years a social action. In this view, the group from Vevey would with great pleasure welcome new members (info. www.ladiescircle.ch or 021 943 39 51). Regarding the Foundation “Pass the Baton”, it has as principal target to establish an informatised inventory of all the potential donors of organs in Switzerland.
